Using the hotkeys Hotkeys are combinations of the fn key (1) and either the esc key (2) or an action key (3). Press fn+esc to display information about system hardware components and the system BIOS version number. Depending on the application you are using, pressing fn and one of the action keys opens a specific shortcut menu within that application.
