Finding Help & Support Miscellaneous Symptom Computer date and time display is incorrect. Printer problems. Problem RTC (real-time clock) battery may need to be replaced. Battery life is approximately 3-5 years. Printer will not print. Solution First, reset the date and time in your operating system. If the problem persists, replace the RTC battery.
