Using the Internet Web Browsers A Web browser like Microsoft Internet Explorer lets you view and explore information on the Web. Common features of a Web browser include: ■ Home page - your starting point for exploring the Web ■ Search engine - an application that searches for Web information you request ■ Bookmarks/Favorites - a list of Internet addresses you often visit ■ History list - a list of Web sites you have visited recently E-mail E-mail (electronic mail) allows you to send letters, pictures, postcards, even music and video clips, to anyone instantaneously. Outlook Express is the e-mail program that comes with your computer. You can use other e-mail programs, like AOL and Yahoo! Mail, if you wish. To Set Up Microsoft Outlook Express E-mail 1. Press the E-mail ƒ button on the keyboard. If the Internet Connection Wizard starts, Outlook Express is not yet configured, and you must go through the configuration process. To Set Up
Microsoft Outlook Express E-mail
