Removal and Replacement Procedures- Slim Tower (ST) Chassis 7.20 Chassis Fan 1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Section 7.1, "Preparation for Disassembly"). 2. Remove the computer cover (Section 7.5, "Computer Cover"). 3. Remove the fan shroud (Section 7.12, "Fan Shroud"). 4. Disconnect the chassis fan cable from the system board. 5. Remove the four screws that secure the fan and fan guard to the chassis then, remove the fan from the chassis. . To install the chassis fan, reverse the removal procedure.
