Chapter 4 - Troubleshooting and Maintaining the Printer Fingerprint Error Messages (continued) Message Description Ready-to-Work Error Indicator Status Number Press any key If an error occurs in the Fingerprint immediate Off to continue mode, for example "out of paper" when the print key is pressed, this event is set. Printer crash Printer crash. In most instances, when the printer Off crashes, the screen is reset which causes the Intermec Ready-to-Work indicator to turn off. Printer turned The printer is off. Off off Printhead not Printhead not found. Off found Printhead too The printhead is overheated and needs to cool down. Off hot You need to resend your print job. Rebooted The printer has been rebooted. Off RtW blink by This condition is set by the Fingerprint SYSHEALTH Blinking application command. For more information, see the Intermec Fingerprint Command Reference Manual. RtW off by application This condition is set by the Fingerprint SYSHEALTH Off command. For more information, see the Intermec Fingerprint Command Reference Manual. Setup Mode The printer is in Setup mode. Off Entered Testfeed not done The printer did not perform a test feed before it Blinking printed out test labels. Performing a test feed calibrates the sensor. To perform a testfeed, press the Print button. Transfer ribbon is installed This is not an error condition.
