Return to the Top page Troubleshooting Error Message Cause Disconnected The iPod/Bluetooth audio player (iPod, Bluetooth is selected as a source although audio player) no iPod/Bluetooth audio player is connected. Solution Change the source to any source other than iPod/Bluetooth. Connect an iPod/Bluetooth audio player, and change the source to iPod/ Bluetooth again. No Media file The connected USB device contains no playable audio file. Media was played that doesn't have data recorded that the unit can play. See Playable Media and Files (P.158) and try another USB device. USB Device Error!! The connected USB device is rated a current capacity higher than the allowable limit. Check the USB device. Some trouble may have occurred to the connected USB device. Change the source to any source other than USB. Remove the USB device. Authorization Error Connection to the iPod has failed. • Remove the iPod and then reconnect it. • The unit does not support the iPod. See Connectable iPod/iPhone (P.160). Update your iPod The iPod's software is an older version which the unit can not support. The unit may not support the connected iPod model. Confirm that the software for the iPod is the latest version. See Connectable iPod/iPhone (P.160). Navigation Error. Please turn on power again later. The communication error has occurred due to severely cold temperature. Turn on power again after warming your car interior. Network is Not connected to Wi-Fi. disconnected Connect to Wi-Fi. Account Error Logged in using Guest or Administrator account. To link to the Route Collector site, log in using Owner or User account and then use the Storage application. Your Dropbox and Kenwood accounts are not linked. Dropbox account information is not Log in Route Collector site and register the registered to the logged in Owner Dropbox account or User account. Return to the Top page Troubleshooting ÑÑSiriusXM Error Message Cause Check Tuner A SiriusXM tuner is not connected to this navigation system. Solution Check the connection to the SiriusXM tuner. Subscription The SiriusXM subscription has been Updated - Press renewed. Return To Continue Channel Not Available The currently selected channel is unavailable. Ch The currently selected channel is Unsubscribed not subscribed to. Check Antenna No antenna is connected to the SiriusXM tuner. No Signal No SiriusXM radio signal is received. Touch [ 6 ] to clear the error message. - - Check that an antenna is connected to the SiriusXM tuner. - Resetting the Navigation System If the navigation system or the connected device fails to operate properly, reset the navigation system. 1 Press the button. The unit returns to factory settings. HOME 6 HOME NOTE • Disconnect the USB device before pressing the button. Pressing the button with the USB device connected can damage the data stored in the USB device.
