Useful reception functions 7 7 Useful reception functions 7.1 Handling Originals received by memory The received document is stored in memory and can be printed if required. This function is known as the Memory RX. Details of the procedure for printing and deleting the received documents when Memory RX is set are given below. ! Detail For details on Memory RX Settings, refer to "Specifying memory reception settings (Memory RX Settings)" on page 9-63. Printing received documents Follow the procedure given below to print received documents stored in memory. 1 Press [User Box] key to display Box screen. 2 Touch [Use Document]. 3 Touch [System User Box]. 4 Touch [Memory RX User Box] and then touch [OK]. 5 Enter the password and touch [OK]. - Press [C] (clear) key to clear all entered content. 6 Select the received document which is to be printed and touch [Print List]. - Touch [↑] or [↓], to display the next or previous screen. - Touch [Cancel] to stop the operation. The specified received document is printed. Deleting received documents Follow the procedure given below to delete received documents stored in memory. 1 Touch [File Document]. 2 Touch [System User Box]. C650 7-2
