Check the fuser belts and the fuser lower roller for wear or damage. If it is not operating correctly, replace the fuser assembly. This is a customer replaceable part at prescribed intervals. If it does not, replace the motor. If you still have the problem, replace the mechanical controller board. 2 Check the latch for wear or damage. 3 4 If the toner cartridge rack does not turn during a print cycle, check the gears for overload. Use the sensor check test to check the rack home position sensor (PC4). If it does not operate correctly, replace the sensor (PC4). and check the fuser sensor (PC9) and actuator. If it
is working correctly, return to this check.

and check the paper exit sensor (PC8) and actua-
tor. If it is working correctly, return to this check.

Check the fuser belts and the fuser lower roller for
wear or damage. If it is not operating correctly,
replace the fuser assembly. This is a customer
