Marks on Paper Service Check If you have evenly spaced marks on the paper, measure the distance between the marks and locate the symptom below. Check the assembly for dirt or damage and clean as necessary. Run a test print to verify the problem has been corrected. The indicated assemblies are replaced by the customer at prescribed intervals. Distance between marks FRU 25mm, single color 50mm, single color 51mm, all colors 65.5mm 94mm, light horizontal streaks 95mm, light to dark discoloring 172mm No repeat marks.
