Appendices Warning: To reduce the risk of personal injury, do not drop the lamp module or touch the lamp bulb. The bulb may shatter and cause injury if it is dropped. 3 4 Do not break the glass on the lamp module. Keep finger prints off the glass surface on the lamp module. Leaving finger prints on the glass surface might cause an unwanted shadow and poor picture quality. 2 1 Lamp Replacing Procedure: 1. Switch off the power to the projector by pressing the POWER OFF button on the remote control or the button on the control panel. 2. Allow the projector to cool down at least 60 minutes. 3. Disconnect the power cord. 4. Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw on the lamp cover.  5. Slide and remove the cover.  6. Loosen 2 screws on the lamp module and pull up the handle.  7. Pull out the lamp module. x 8. Install the new lamp module by reversing the previous steps. Be sure to tighten the screws on the lamp module and the lamp cover. 9. After replacing the lamp, turn on the power, and select the [MENU] button -> OPTIONS |LAMP/FILTER SETTINGS -> CLEAR LAMP HOURS to reset the lamp usage hours. Refer to page 52. English ... 64

Lamp Replacing Procedure:
1.
Switch off the power to the projector by pressing the POWER OFF button on the

Install the new lamp module by reversing the previous steps. Be sure to tighten
the screws on the lamp module and the lamp cover.

After replacing the lamp, turn on the power, and select the [MENU] button ->
OPTIONS |LAMP/FILTER SETTINGS -> CLEAR LAMP HOURS to reset the
lamp usage hours. Refer to page 52.
