Power off the device.
2.
While using a paper clip or push pin to press in the reset switch, power on the unit, wait for the
reset menu on the front to display, then release the reset switch.
The LEDs will indicate the reset menu is active.

Push the Backup button on the front panel to scroll through the menu to the
OS Reinstall
option (USB LED off, Disk 1 LED off, Disk 2 LED off, Disk 3 LED on, Disk 4 LED off).
4.
Press the reset button once to confirm the menu selection and proceed with that option.
The system will reboot reset to the factory default settings.
