General Troubleshooting Information The information in this section relates to problems you might encounter during the IP2255 appliance installation. Problems Interfacing to 1483 Devices (Classical IP) Problem Remote and local devices are not configured for the same VC and VP value. Solution Set remote and local devices to the same VC and VP values. Consult your 1483 device documentation. Problem Remote and local devices are not in the supported VC range of the network interface card. Solution Use ipsctl to determine the VC range.
