Enter a name for the list and select OK. 5. Add contacts to this list by selecting Options > Add contact > Select. 6. Add the contacts one by one to this list. Sending a message to a distribution list 1. In the standby mode, select Menu > Messages > Text messages > Create message. 2. Scroll to Add list > Select. Scroll to a distribution list and select OK. 3. Select Options and scroll to Edit message > Select. After a brief pause, the message entry screen appears in the display. 4. Compose a message using the keypad. 5. Select Options > Send > Select. Your message is then sent to each of the recipient in the list. Read and reply When you receive a message, a notification message displays and the unopened letter icon ( ) appears in the display. 1. Select Show to read the message, or Exit to move it to your inbox. When you have unopened messages in your inbox, is shown in the upper left corner of the standby screen as a reminder. Use the scroll keys (the Scroll up key or the Scroll down key) to view the whole message if necessary. 2. Select Options > Reply > Select. 3.
