Organiser (Menu 6) Your phone contains features to help organise your everyday life, including an alarm clock, calendar, calculator, countdown timer, and stopwatch. ■ The alarm clock Set an alarm The alarm clock is based on the phone clock. It sounds an alert any time you specify and even works if the phone is turned off. If an alarm has not been set 1. In the standby mode, select Menu > Organiser > Alarm clock > Select. 2. Enter the time for the alarm in hh:mm format and select OK. Note: If your phone is set to 24 hour format, you will need to enter the time in that format. See "Change the format" on page 44. Step 3 will not appear. 3. Select am or pm. Alarm on appears briefly in the display and appears on the standby screen. If an alarm has previously been set 1. In the standby mode, select Menu > Organiser > Alarm clock > On > Select. 2. Enter the time for the alarm in hh:mm format and select OK. Note: If your phone is set to 24 hour format, you will need to enter the time in that format. See "Change the format" on page 44. Step 3 will not appear. 3. Select am or pm. Alarm on appears briefly in the display and appears on the standby screen. Alarm conditions When the alarm sounds, your phone beeps and/or vibrates, and lights up. With the phone on, select Stop to shut the alarm off, or select Snooze. If you select Snooze, the alarm stops for 10 minutes, and Snooze on appears in the display. Note: If you do not press a key, the alarms stops (snoozes) for 5 minutes, then sounds again. 54
