OSD (On Screen Display) information ■ In any mode with the exception of VOICE RECORDING mode, you can check the recording status in the LCD monitor. OSD INFORMATION Full Basic LCD Save ■ Idle mode : If you select the [LCD Save] and the camera isn't operated during the specified time(about 30 SEC.), the camera power will be idle (LCD monitor : OFF, Camera status lamp : Blinking) automatically. - To use the camera again, press any of the camera buttons except the power button. - If there is no operation during the specified time, the camera power will be turned off automatically to save battery life. Refer to page 54 for more information about the auto power off function. Starting play mode ■ Turn the camera on and select Play mode by pressing the play mode button ( ). The camera can now play back the images stored in the memory. ■ If the memory card is inserted in the camera, all the camera functions apply only to the memory card. ■ If the memory card is not inserted in the camera, all the camera functions apply only to the internal memory. ● Playing back a still image 1. Select the PLAY mode by pressing the play mode button ( ). 2. The last image stored on the memory is displayed on the LCD monitor. 《36》 3. Select an image that you want to view by pressing the LEFT / RIGHT button. ※ Press and hold the LEFT or RIGHT button to play back the images quickly. INFORMATION ● Manner mode :To select the Manner mode, press the Playback mode button for more than 3 seconds. In the Manner mode, Shutter sound, Operating sound, Start-up sound and Effect sound will not be generated. To cancel the Manner mode, turn on the camera by pressing the Power button. ● Lightly press the shutter button in Play mode to switch to the currently set shooting mode.

Idle mode : If you select the [LCD Save] and the
camera isn't operated during the specified

Starting play mode
Turn the camera on and select Play mode by pressing the play mode button
(
). The camera can now play back the images stored in the memory.
If the memory card is inserted in the camera, all the camera functions apply only
to the memory card.
If the memory card is not inserted in the camera, all the camera functions apply
only to the internal memory.
3. Select an image that you want to view by
pressing the LEFT / RIGHT button.
Press and hold the LEFT or RIGHT
button to play back the images quickly.
2. The last image stored on the memory is
displayed on the LCD monitor.
Playing back a still image
1. Select the PLAY mode by pressing the
play mode button (

Manner mode :To select the Manner mode, press the Playback mode
