Alarm (M 3-4) Setting the Alarm (M 3-4-1) The alarm function allows you to be alerted at a specified time. Note that the alarm may not function correctly if the clock has not been set. The alarm functions only if the phone is switched on. 1. Press to display the Main menu. 2. Press a, b, c or d to highlight "Applications", then press to select. 3. Press a or b to highlight "Alarm", then press to select. 4. Press a or b to highlight "List Alarms", then press to select. 5. Press a or b to highlight the desired alarm number, then press to select. Up to 8 alarm times can be specified. 6. Press a or b to highlight "Set Date/Time", then press to select. 7. Enter the alarm date and time using the digit keys, then press . When you enter the alarm time in the 12-hour clock format, press P to switch between am and pm. 8. Press a or b to highlight "Repeat Daily", then press to select. 9. Setting the Alarm
