Ringtone A specified ringtone or vibration setting can be associated to a pre-registered entry. 1. Perform steps 1 to 3 in "Displaying the Contacts List" on page 38. 2. Press a or b to highlight the entry you wish to set, then press to select. 3. Press a or b to move the cursor to the ringtone field ( ), then press A [Options]. 4. Press a or b to highlight "Edit", then press or A [Select] to select. 5. Perform steps 6 to 14 in "Group Call" on page 46. 6. When setting is complete, press C [Save]. Tip • To cancel the ringtone setting, select "Off" after step 4. Making a Backup File on the Memory Card With a memory card attached to your phone, you can make backup files of Contacts List entries in the handset memory and SIM card to the memory card. 1. Search for the desired Contacts List entry. For details on searching through Contacts List entries, perform steps 1 to 4 in "Finding a Name and Number" on page 43. 2. Press A [Options] to display the Options menu. 3. Press a or b to highlight "Advanced", then press to select. 4. Press a or b to highlight "Backup", then press to select. 5. Enter your handset code, then press . A confirmation message for overwriting is displayed if a backup file already exists in the memory card. Backup is performed. Contacts List 47
