n 215 N Troubleshooting Docking Station Why can't I use my TFT/DVI monitor connected to the DVI-D port? The DVI-D port on the docking station is disabled when your computer is in STAMINA mode. Change the performance mode to SPEED mode before connecting a display cable to the port. See Selecting Performance Modes (page 107) for mode selection. What should I do if an error message appears when I disconnect my computer from the docking station? ❑ When any device inserted or connected to the docking station is in use, you cannot disconnect your computer from the docking station. Save unsaved data, exit applications that are using such devices, and then try again. If the above does not work, shut down your computer and disconnect it from the docking station. ❑ When the battery pack is running out of power, you cannot disconnect your computer from the docking station. Charge the battery pack or shut down the computer and then try again. ❑ Be sure to return to the originally logged on user before disconnecting your computer from the docking station. Why can't I use my TFT/DVI monitor connected to the DVI-D port?
The
DVI-D
port on the docking station is disabled when your computer is in STAMINA mode. Change the performance mode
to SPEED mode before connecting a display cable to the port. See
Selecting Performance Modes
(page 107)
for mode
selection.
What should I do if an error message appears when I disconnect my computer from the
docking station?
When any device inserted or connected to the docking station is in use, you cannot disconnect your computer from the
docking station. Save unsaved data, exit applications that are using such devices, and then try again.
If the above does not work, shut down your computer and disconnect it from the docking station.
When the battery pack is running out of power, you cannot disconnect your computer from the docking station. Charge
