Getting Started Connecting the AC adapter Attach the AC adapter when you need to charge the battery or you want to operate from AC power. It is also the fastest way to get started, because the battery pack will need to be charged before you can operate from battery power. The AC adapter can be connected to any power source supplying from 100 to 240 volts and 50 or 60 hertz. For details on using the AC adapter to charge the battery pack, refer to Chapter 6, Power and Power-Up Modes. Use of the wrong adapter could damage your computer. TOSHIBA assumes no liability for any damage in such case. The output rating for the computer is 15 volts DC. 1. Connect the power cord to the AC adapter. Getting Started
Connecting the AC adapter
Attach the AC adapter when you need to charge the battery or you want to
operate from AC power. It is also the fastest way to get started, because
the battery pack will need to be charged before you can operate from battery
power. The AC adapter can be connected to any power source supplying

Connect the power cord to the AC adapter.
