Recording memo
Memos are your own recorded messages
used as reminders for yourself or others
using the same answering system. You
can record your own memos using a
system handset. Playback and delete
them in the same way as incoming
messages.

If you record a memo when the
answering system memory is full, the

Announcement
Your outgoing announcement plays

calls
are
answered

the
answering system. The telephone has
a
default
outgoing
announcement,

tone.”
You can use this announcement,
or record your own.
Record a new outgoing announcement
The announcement can be up to
90 seconds in length.
