Connect ground wire D 3-Wire Power Supply Cord Connection Use where local codes permit connecting cabinet-ground B conductor to neutral wire. 3-wire receptacle (NEMA-type 10-30R) 3 prong plug Connect ground wire (D) (green or bare) of power supply cord under green external ground conductor screw (B). Tighten screw. 4. Connect remaining wires Spade terminals with upturned ends Ring terminals 1. Connect neutral (center) wire A C Connect remaining wires under outer terminal block screws. Tighten screws and also tighten strain relief screws. Finally, install terminal box cover and secure with the three screws. Now, go to "Route Drain Hose." 3-Wire Power Supply Cord Strain Relief: IMPORTANT: Use the strain relief supplied with the washer/dryer. Connect neutral (center) wire (C) of power supply cord under center terminal block screw (A). Tighten screw. 2. Connect remaining wires Attach power supply cord to strain relief Put power supply cord through the strain relief. Be sure that the wire insulation on the power supply cord is inside the strain relief. Do not further tighten strain relief screws at this point. Connect remaining wires under outer terminal block screws. Tighten screws and also tighten strain relief screws. Finally, install terminal block cover and secure with the three screws. Now, go to "Route Drain Hose." 27

IMPORTANT:
Use the strain relief supplied with the washer/dryer.
Attach power supply cord to strain relief
Put power supply cord through the strain relief. Be sure
that the wire insulation on the power supply cord is inside
the strain relief. Do not further tighten strain relief screws
at this point.
Connect ground wire (D) (green or bare) of power supply
cord under green external ground conductor screw (B).
Tighten screw.
