If you experience Possible Causes Solution Error Code Appears in Display Once any possible issues are corrected, touch the POWER button once to clear the code. Re-select and restart the cycle. F0E1 Load detected in Clean Washer with affresh® cycle Items detected in the washer/dryer when running a Clean Washer with affresh® cycle. Remove load and restart the Clean Washer with affresh® cycle. F0E2 Oversuds detection Excessive suds in washer/dryer. Washer/dryer is running a suds reduction routine. Allow the wash cycle to continue. Use only HE detergent. F0E3 Over temperature on dry cycle Dryer fan not functioning properly. Try resetting the washer/dryer by unplugging it from the outlet and then plugging it back in. If unsuccessful, call for service. F0E4 Over temperature on wash cycle Wash water is too hot. Washer/dryer may be connected incorrectly to the home water supply. Make sure that the washer/dryer is connected to the cold water supply only. F0E5 Off balance load detected Load could be unbalanced or too large. Avoid tightly packing the washer/dryer. Avoid washing single items. Balance a single item with such as a rug or jeans with a few extra items. F1E4 Main relay error Problem detected with the main relay. Try resetting the washer/dryer by unplugging it from the outlet and then plugging it back in. If unsuccessful, call for service.
