CHAPTER 5 Traffic Statistics 5.1 Overview This chapter contains information about viewing traffic statistics of your ZyXEL Device. 5.2 The Statistics Screen Use this screen to check the traffic statistics of your ZyXEL Device. Click Status > Statistics to open the following screen. The screen varies depending on what type of port you selected in the Interface field. The following screen displays traffic statistics for the Ethernet port. Figure 7 Status > Statistics (Ethernet) The following table describes the labels in this screen. Table 5 Status > Statistics (Ethernet) LABEL DESCRIPTION Interface Select Ethernet or ADSL to display traffic statistics on the port. Transmit Statistics Transmit Frames This field displays the number of transmitted frames on this port. Transmit Multicast Frames This field displays the number of good multicast frames transmitted. Transmit total Bytes This field displays the number of bytes transmitted on this port. Transmit Collision This field displays information on collisions while transmitting frames. Transmit Error Frames This field displays the number of transmitted errors on this port. Receive Statistics Receive Frames This field displays the number of received frames on this port.
