To prevent echo during voice calls, you can: • Check if the earpiece volume is too loud and overpowers the mouthpiece by covering your phone's mouthpiece. If the echo lessens, it means that you just need to turn down the volume of your earpiece/speakers. • Move your VoIP hardware away from your computer's monitor, CPU and power strip to avoid electromagnetic interference created when it is too close to other electrical devices. • Disconnect splitters and caller ID devices connected to your VMG and your phone. • Inspect your VoIP hardware's wiring.
