DECT encryption of calls can be deactivated for the RFP 32, RFP 34 and RFP 42 if desired. VoIP audio communication between the DECTnetIP base station and the OpenCom 510 is made via the RTP/RTCP protocol. RTP voice data are directly converted into DECT voice data by the base station. The base stations support the VoIP codecs G.711, (uncompressed) as well as G.729 and G.723 (compressed). 135
