Move chapter points 1 Open the timeline containing the chapter points you want to move. 2 Drag the chapter point or group of chapter points to the desired location in the ruler. The Monitor panel updates to display the chapter point's new position. Note: You cannot move the first chapter point, which marks the beginning of the timeline.
