Troubleshooting Difficulty I do not know the scanner's SSID. Cause - My computer cannot - connect to the scanner with the web browser. I do not know the scanner's MAC address. I do not know the initial Wi-Fi ® password. I cannot reset the network settings. - - The Wi-Fi® switch is set to OFF. Other difficulties Suggestions The SSID is below (It is changeable): Brother DS-820W-xxxx (Brother DS-920DW-xxxx) (xxxx shows the last four digits of your scanner's MAC address (twelve-digits).
