5 Network Printing from 5 Macintosh® TCP/IP Printing for Macintosh® This chapter explains how to print from Macintosh® on a Network. For more information on how to configure the default Quick Draw driver on a Network, see the Quick Setup Guide included with the machine. Printing from a Macintosh® using the Simple Network Configuration capabilities (Mac OS® X 10.2.4 or greater) The Simple Network Configuration capabilities let you create an instant network of computers and smart devices just by connecting them to each other. The Simple Network Configuration capabilities on a Macintosh® running OS® X allow your machine to automatically configure its IP address settings.
