When you select this option BRAdmin reads the telephone settings from that machine (if there are any programmed) into Brother PCFAX Address Book. Illustrated below is a screenshot of the Brother PC-FAX Address Book dialog box. The left side of the dialog box displays the OneTouch / Speed-Dial numbers read from the machine. The right side displays a list of Brother Address Book members. You can add OneTouch / Speed-Dial numbers from the machine to this list or send members from the Address Book list to the machine. This data is then stored in the Windows® Temp Folder and can be used to update singular or multiple machines on the network. Highlight singular or multiple networked Brother machines in the main BRAdmin window by highlighting and pressing the shift key on your keyboard. Right click the highlighted machine and press Send Auto Dial. The new data is then sent to all highlighted machines. APPENDIX A - 4
