Chapter 4 Viewing Images Editing Images with Other Programs It is possible to edit images that you have selected in ImageBrowser using a different image editing program that you have registered. This section describes how to perform this operation. REFERENCE • If you have not installed an image editing program such as the one that may have been supplied with your Canon digital camera, then you cannot select this function. If this is the case, you need to install the program. Also, if you want to use other image editing programs, you need to register them on the [Browser] tab of the Preferences dialog box. • Depending on the camera that you are using, the program supplied with the camera might vary. (Some camera models do not come with an image editing program.) How to edit an image with the image editing program provided Select an image that you want to edit. On the [Edit] menu, click [Adobe Photoshop] (where Adobe Photoshop is the name of the program, which depends on the camera model you are using).
