Using the FS-4 with a Computer

Playback on the FS-4 Before playing back a recording, you must have first recorded something. Also, make sure both the video camera and the FS-4 are powered on and connected together with the FireWire cable. NOTE: This feature may not be available on PAL cameras. Step 1: Step 1: Set your video camera to "VCR" or "playback" mode. Navigate to the clip you want to preview by using the bottom Left and Right transport control keys. Playback on the FS-4
Before playing back a recording, you must have first recorded some-
thing. Also, make sure both the video camera and the FS-4 are pow-
ered on and connected together with the FireWire cable.

Once you have recorded FS-4 clips to a FireWire disk drive using
