• Use BACK to return to the SETUP Screen with the current cursor row set to VERSION value. LCDLIGHT (GROUP) Value selections on this screen consist of the following: LCDLIGHT ON, LCDLIGHT OFF, LCDLIGHT AUTO (Default) This group allows you to enable or disable the FS-4's LCD's backlight. Do this as follows: Step 1: Step 2: Make an LCD selection. The highlighted state is current after you exit. Press BACK to exit to the menu screen. • The LCDLIGHT ON setting keeps the backlight on permanently. • The LCDLIGHT OFF setting keeps the backlight off permanently. • LCDLIGHT AUTO turns off the backlight after one minute. In LCDLIGHT AUTO mode: • Pressing any keypad key on the FS-4 turns the backlight back on (But will not carry out the function until pressed again with the back light on). • Any INFORMATION screen turns the backlight on. ALARM (GROUP) Selections consist of the following: ALARM ON (Default) and ALARM OFF. Upon selection, the value is marked with a "- ". The alarm alerts you for conditions such as low battery charge, low disk space, or over heating of the FS-4, as well as the button feedback indicator. STOP (GROUP) Selections consist of the following: STOP FRAME (Default), STOP GREY, and STOP NO VIDEO. • When you select STOP FRAME, the first frame of the clip is displayed. • When you select STOP GREY, a grey frame is displayed • When you select STOP NO VIDEO, video output is off. 39
