Registering Shooting Settings You can register commonly used shooting modes and settings to your preference. To switch between registered settings, simply turn the mode dial to or . Even if you switch shooting modes or turn off the power, settings that usually cancel (self timer, etc.) will be saved. Settings that Can be Registered • Shooting modes (G, M, B and D) • Items set in G, M, B or D (pp. 73 - 97) • Items in the shooting menu • Zoom position • Manual focus position (p. 89) • My Menu items (p. 163) Enter the shooting mode you want to register and make the settings. Choose [Save Settings]. ● Press the n button, choose [Save Settings] in the 4 tab, then press the m button. Register the settings. ● Press the qr buttons or turn the  dial to choose the destination, then press the m button. • To change part of the pre-registered settings (except the shooting mode), choose or and change the settings, then repeat Steps 2- 3. These settings will not be reflected in other Shooting modes. • To return contents registered to or to the default settings, turn the mode dial to or , then choose [Reset All] (p. 53). 102
