Before Installation ■ Precautions for Portrait (Upright) Installation • Do not block the air intake or exhaust vents. In particular, because there is an air intake vent on the bottom, always ensure a minimum clearance of 2 cm (0.8") from the bottom. • Note that no mounting brackets or similar accessories for portrait installation are available. ■ Light Source The projector uses laser as a light source. The laser has the following characteristic. Factors such as long-term use and environmental changes may affect image quality. You can counteract changes in brightness from hours of use or the ambient temperature by performing [Light source calibration] in [Calibration] (P180). 28

The projector uses laser as a light source. The laser has the following
