Corrective Action Make sure that the Spectrophotometer Eject Guide is loaded in the correct position, push it in all the way, and press the OK button. Remove the foreign object and press the OK button. Turn off the printer, wait a while, and then turn it on again. If the same message is displayed again, contact your Canon dealer for assistance.
