Chapter 1 Safety Guidelines Unpacking and Installing the CSS • Cisco Systems recommends that you leave line cards installed in the chassis. Removing line cards greatly increases the chances of damage to the chassis or components, and introduces the possibility that you will unintentionally change the configuration. Always disconnect all external cables before lifting or moving the chassis. • Warning Two people are required to lift the CSS 11506 chassis. or components, and introduces the possibility that you will unintentionally
change the configuration.
Always disconnect all external cables before lifting or moving the chassis.
