System Overview 1-5 Appliance Features The following list describes the standard software features on all TaskSmart W2200 appliance servers. I Initial boot configuration through TaskSmart Configuration Utility (TCU) diskette or automatic IP address assignment I Web browser-based setup and administration I Linux operating system (OS) I Configuration and data file backup support I Password-protected secure access I User modes allowing for three levels of system administration G System Administrator G Site Administrator G User I Automatic Server Recovery-2 (ASR-2) I Compaq Diagnostic Utility I Unit Identification system I Quick Restore CD Automatic Server Recovery-2 Automatic Server Recovery-2 (ASR-2) enables the server to automatically boot from either the operating system or the Compaq utilities. If a critical system failure occurs, ASR-2 automatically restarts the server. For additional information on the ASR-2 feature, refer to the documentation CD that shipped with your server.
