Figure 3-12. Network, Network File Systems (NFS) screen NFS is a networking protocol for exporting UNIX file systems across a network. The NFS feature provides information on the current mount entries in the Current Entries table. The NFS feature also allows the system administrator to add or delete the connect strings and their subsequent local mount points. To add an NFS entry: 1. Type the connect string address in the Connect String text field. 2. Type the local mount point directory in the Local Mount Point text field. 3. Click Add Entry.
