ipv6 dhcp relay-agent-info-remote-id-subopt Use the ipv6 dhcp relay-agent-info-remote-id-subopt command in Global Configuration mode to configure a number to represent the DHCPv6 the "remote-id" sub-option. Syntax ipv6 dhcp relay-agent-info-remote-id-subopt suboption • suboption - Remote ID suboption. (Range: 1-65535) Default Configuration The default value for suboption is 1. Command Mode Global Configuration mode User Guidelines This command has no user guidelines. Example The following example configures the number 100 to represent the DHCPv6 the "remote-id" sub-option. console(config)#ipv6 dhcp relay-agent-info-remote-id-subopt 100 ipv6 dhcp server Use the ipv6 dhcp server command in Interface Configuration mode to configure DHCPv6 server functionality on an interface. For a particular interface DHCPv6 server and DHCPv6 relay functions are mutually exclusive. Syntax ipv6 dhcp server pool-name [rapid-commit] [preference pref-value] • pool-name - The name of the DHCPv6 pool containing stateless and/or prefix delegation parameters • rapid-commit - Is an option that allows for an abbreviated exchange between the client and server. • pref-value - Preference value-used by clients to determine preference between multiple DHCPv6 servers.
