Enabling the status field starts a virtual router. Use the no form of the command to disable the virtual router. Syntax ip vrrp vr-id mode no ip vrrp vr-id mode • vr-id - The virtual router identifier. (Range: 1-255) Default Configuration Disabled is the default configuration. Command Mode Interface Configuration (VLAN) mode. User Guidelines This command has no user guidelines.
