Customizing the zūmo • Shorter Distance-to calculate routes that are shorter in distance but can take more time to drive. • Off Road-to calculate point‑to‑point routes without roads. Avoidances-select the road types or conditions you want to avoid on your routes. Recalculation-select whether your zūmo recalculates when you deviate from your route. • Auto-recalculate a route automatically. • Off-turn off the recalculate function. • Prompted-enable a prompt when you deviate from your route. Restore-restore the original navigation settings. Display Settings Touch Tools > Settings > Display. Color Mode-select Daytime for a light background, Nighttime for a dark background, or Auto to automatically switch between the two. Screenshot-turn on screenshot mode. Touch to take a screenshot. The picture bitmap file is saved in the screenshots folder on the zūmo drive. Brightness-adjust the backlight brightness level. Reducing the backlight brightness increases your battery life.
