3. Turn the computer over, rotate the palm rest up (1) and slide the palm rest to the right (2) to release it from the computer. 4. Release the ZIF connector (1) to which the TouchPad cable is connected, and then disconnect the cable (2) from the system board. 5. Remove the palm rest.
