Administration 3.2.2 Display More (or Fewer) Items Per Page The system defaults to show only a certain number of items per page. Enter a new value in the text box next to the Refresh button on the Displaying line and click Refresh. The value entered is preserved for all tabs and in browser cookies on the current computer. 3.2.3 Move Columns The system displays the result data grid in a certain way. You can move the columns by dragging and dropping the column header to the appropriate place within the grid. The display order returns to the default settings once you navigate out of the tab or log out of the system. 3.2.4 Sort Result List Whenever there is a result grid, you can sort by any of the column shown. Click on the appropriate column header to sort by that column. Click on the same column header to toggle between descending and ascending. 3.2.5 Select More Than One Item On the result grid, a check box is at the top left side. ■ Checking this box selects all items on all pages, not just the page shown. ■ Clearing this box clears check boxes on all pages, not just the page shown. 3.3 Managing the HP SAM Administrator Access List The Domain Administrator and Local Server Administrator are automatically members of the HP SAM Administrator's Group.
