Administration 3.3.1 Add Individual Users to the HP SAM Administrator Role 1 2 3 4 5 6 If you are adding only a few users, add the names directly to the HP SAM Administrator role. 1. Set Search By to Users. 2. Enter one or more of the parameters: a. UPN Name: [email protected] (or john.doe*) b. First name: john (or joh*) c. Last Name: doe (or d*) d. Domain Name: yourdomain 3. Click the SEARCH button. 4. Place a √ on the Administrator role. 5. Place a √ on the appropriate user name(s) listed. 6. Click SAVE button. 3.3.2 Adding Security Groups or Organization Units to the HP SAM Administrator Role To add many users: 1. Leverage Active Directory services by adding the names in Active Directory under a security group or organization unit. 2.
