Paper source The Paper source setting specifies the source tray to use for printing a document. The list of source trays depends on the product accessories that are installed. Any optional source trays that are installed through the Device Settings tab also appear here. The Paper source drop-down menu can contain the following options, depending on what has been installed on the product: ● Automatically select ● Printer Auto Select ● Manual Feed in Tray 1 ● Tray 1 (100-sheet multipurpose tray) ● Tray 2 (500-sheet tray) The default setting is Automatically Select. When this setting is selected, the HP LaserJet Enterprise 600 M601, M602, and M603 Series Printer uses the source tray that supports the paper size that you have selected. If you select a source tray other than Automatically select, make sure that the correct paper size is loaded in the source tray. Paper type The Paper type drop-down menu shows the first few paper types that the HP LaserJet Enterprise 600 M601, M602, and M603 Series Printer supports and an entry for More. Clicking More opens the Type Is dialog box.
