Prepare the computer for disassembly (Preparation for disassembly on page 29). 2. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover on page 30). 3. Remove the battery (see Battery on page 38). Remove the speakers: 1. Disconnect the speaker cable from the system board (1). 2. Remove the two Phillips M2.0 × 2.0 screws (2) that secure each speaker to the computer. 3. Remove cable that runs between the speakers from the clips along the bottom of the computer (3). 4. Remove the speaker assembly from the computer (4).
