In a redundant controller configuration, both controllers must be the same model. • A defective system board or a controller is not fully seated in the PCI slot. Action: • If the controllers are different models, replace one of the controllers so they are both the same model. • Reseat the controllers. CAUTION: Only authorized technicians trained by HP should attempt to remove the system board.
