Before you begin, make sure the ink tank caps are firmly closed to prevent ink from leaking. 1. Press (the Cancel button) to cancel printing. If this does not clear the error, complete the following steps to clear the jam manually. 2. Press (the Power button) to turn off the printer. 3.
