Working With Rules Rules are applied in the order they are listed. For example, if a rule that blocks all traffic is listed first, followed by a rule that allows all traffic, the Agent blocks all traffic at all times. 7. General Tab The General tab is used to provide a name for the rule you are creating, as well as the effect that the rule will have (allowing or blocking traffic).
