(L=0) In LBA mode, this register contains LBA bits 8 - 15 (Mid), 16 - 23 (High) which is to be set. (L=1) In CHS mode, this register contains max cylinder number which is to be set. (L=0) In LBA mode, this register contains LBA bits 24 - 27 which is to be input.(L=1) In CHS mode, this register is ignored.
